■Preventive measures for employees

• We implement basic preventive measures such as gargling, washing hands, disinfecting with chemicals, and wearing masks.
• Employees take their temperatures when they arrive at work and fill out a physical condition management sheet.

■Measures to be taken at the front desk, lobby, and common areas of the facility

• Check-in and check-out without contact with employees (*except in Ginza) are available.
• Hand alcohol sanitizers are placed at hotel entrances and front desk counters.
• We regularly wipe and disinfect areas that are in contact with multiple people (touch panels, checkout machines, doorknobs, telephones, elevator buttons, vending machines, game consoles, etc.). (24 hours a day, 7 days a week)
• The main entrance and windows are unlocked for ventilation.　Air purifiers are installed in some hotels.
• Some hotels with large public baths request their guests to use the baths during off-crowded hours.

■Measures to be taken in guest rooms

• Thorough ventilation during cleaning.
• Priority will be placed on cleaning and disinfecting areas that come into contact with multiple people (light switches, doorknobs, remote controls, etc.).
• Air purifiers have been installed in some hotels.

■Countermeasures in Restaurants

• Disinfectant solution is placed at restaurant entrances for use by customers.　We ask our customers to disinfect their hands when entering the restaurant.
• We regularly wipe and disinfect the areas that come in contact with the food (toilets, waiting seats, cashiers, etc.) using a disinfectant solution. Tables and seats are also cleaned and disinfected before the next customer is shown to the table.
• We ask our guests to refrain from wearing masks and talking loudly except during meals.
• With the exception of some restaurants, buffet meals will be served in one-plate or cafeteria style.
• In buffet restaurants, dishes and tongs will be replaced or exchanged more frequently.
• Social distance will be maintained by thinning out seating tables (seats).
